This place was really cool. Location is on point, right near the train station n easy walk to the quayside. The mini breakfast was a nice touch, comfy bed n the room had a klasse view. Perfect for a couple getaway.

the only thing was we could hear footsteps from the room above us which was kinda annoying, n the kitchenette didn't have all the stuff we expected.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight was the free breakfast pastries and beverages available throughout the day. The early check-in policy felt strict, and noise from the streets was noticeable. More lighting in the makeup area would also enhance the experience.

Absolutely loved the grub nearby, especially the Miller & Carter Steakhouse, a proper feast! Fresh croissants were a cheeky treat in the grab-and-go brekkie. The room was a cracker, with a comfy bed and a kitchen to whip up a late-night snack. It's a stroll to the Quayside, where the views are mint!

The penthouse was fine! Plus, I loved the free snacks waiting in my room.

The Grand Studio was spacious and was like home with a powerful hairdryer that is often lacking in other hotels. Staff were really good, with Simon particularly going out of his way to assist .

Breakfast was basic but sufficient for everyone.

The amenities provided a convenient kitchen setup. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially a night shift lady who went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. The grab-and-go breakfast concept with fresh coffee available was a fantastic touch, especially for a quick start to my day. I ran into a bit of an issue with parking, quite tricky to navigate. The cleanliness of the shower could have been better, as I noticed it wasn't up to the mark.

The hotel is nice, and has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. The staff helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend the timely breakfast options! I'm coming back for a weekend.
